Greg Rhines, CPA, CFP

President

Greg Rhines is president and owner of the Westminster-based accounting firm, Wealth Builders CPAs & Consultants. For over twenty years, he has provided accounting, tax, and payroll services to individuals and small business to help them achieve their financial goals. Seeing the need for financial advising services, Greg also formed the Wealth Builders Financial Group to offer our clients sound financial advice and investment opportunities. Through his many years of experience and the loyalty of our clients, Wealth Builders CPAs & Consultants has grown and prospered. Greg received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania. He earned his Certified Public Accounting license in 1991. In 1995, he earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. He is a member of several professional organizations including The Maryland Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals (MSATP), The Maryland Association of Independent CPAs, The American Payroll Association, and the QuickBooks Professional Advisors Program. Tyler Rhines, EA

Small Business Strategist & QuickBook ProAdvisor

Tyler Rhines is a small business strategist and QuickBooks ProAdvisor at Wealthbuilders CPAs & Consultants. Tyler graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with his Bachelors of Science in Accounting, earned his Enrolled Agent designation in 2018, and has been working at Wealthbuilders since 2012.  He regularly attends tax strategy meetings with clients to help them to “build wealth”. Tyler also prepares both personal and business tax returns in order to help Wealth Builders clients to minimize their tax liabilities.  Tyler is currently a member of the Maryland Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals (MSATP) and is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Lori Marshall

Bookkeeping/Tax Prep

Lori Marshall is a Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer at Wealth Builders CPAs & Consultants.  She joined the Wealth Builders team in 2018 with years of experience in the private sector in the areas of bookkeeping, corporate accounting, and financial analysis. Paul DiNello

Priority Payroll Director

Paul DiNello is the payroll director for Priority Payroll. He has over a decade of experience in the payroll sector. Prior to joining Wealth Builders and Priority Payroll in October of 2017, Paul worked at PayChex where he gained significant experience and knowledge. Paul is experienced with day-to-day processing, tax set-up, and year end reporting.  Paul has processed payroll for clients in all 50 states and is familiar with both union and certified payrolls, along with any other payroll scenario that could arise. Paul is a member of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce where he represents Priority Payroll to the community. In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters. He is the current Treasurer for the Carroll County Fast Pitch Softball League. He is also a writer and editor for Pop Culture Uncovered. paul@wealthbuilderscpa.com

Sharon Rhines

Office Administrator

Sharon Rhines is the office administrator at Wealth Builders CPAs & Consultants. Sharon is married to Wealth Builders President, Greg Rhines. Sharon has been part of the team for about a year and is responsible for billing monthly clients and processing invoices and customer payments. April Murray

Administrative Assistant

April joined the Wealth Builders team as Administrative Assistant in October 2018. She brings a wealth of experience (over 15 years) to our clients. She regularly answers calls, schedules appointments, prepares investment paperwork, assembles tax returns, as well as assist with other duties as needed. She is also a Maryland Notary. When April isn’t at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her daughter play softball, and playing competitive billiards .

Bob Shannon

Bookkeeping

Bob joined the Wealth Builders team as Bookkeeper in October 2018. Bob has a B.S. in Business Management and a M.S. in Sports Management. He has worked in the accounting world for over 15 years, preparing tax returns and performing Bookkeeping duties. Bob regularly answers calls, processes various payments and reconciliations, and maintains records for our clients. Outside the office, Bob enjoys coaching Basketball, volunteering at his church, and spending time with family and friends.
