Greg Rhines is President and owner of the accounting firm, Wealth Builders CPA’s & Consultants. For over 20 years, he has provided accounting, tax and payroll services to individuals and small businesses to help them achieve their financial goals. Greg also formed Wealth Builders Financial Group to offer our clients sound financial advice and investment opportunities. Through his many years of experience and the loyalty of our clients, the firm has grown and prospered.

Greg received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the York College of Pennsylvania and earned his Certified Public Accountant license in 1991. He is a member of several professional organizations including the Maryland Society ofAccounting & Tax Professionals, the Maryland Association of Independent CPA’s, the American Payroll Association, the QuickBooks Professional Advisors Program and earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 1995.

Susan Dixon

Corporate Accountant Manager

Susan Dixon joined Wealth Builders in 2007 with over 13 years of accounting experience. Prior to public accounting, she gained experience in the private sector in the areas of bookkeeping, corporate accounting and financial analysis.

Susan provides our business clients with the following services:

  • Corporate, Partnership & Non-Profit Tax Returns
  • Trust & Fiduciary Tax Returns
  • Other Business Tax Services including Sales and Personal Property Taxes
  • Quickbooks Technical Advisor
  • Business Advisory Services on issues involving Start-up Companies, State Nexus issues and Strategic Tax Planning

Susan graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Susan is a member of the Maryland Society of Accounting & Tax Professionals.

Adam Hoke

Payroll Director

Adam Hoke has over 9 years of experience in the payroll field. Prior to joining Wealth
Builders’ Priority Payroll department in 2006, he worked at PayChex where he gained
extensive training and experience.

Adam provides our Priority Payroll clients with a full range of services which include:

  • Payroll preparation
  • Quarterly and year end tax returns
  • Compliance with federal, state and local tax regulations

Monica Eckes

Administrative Assistant

Monica Eckes joined Wealth Builders in 2005 as the payroll processor for our Priority Payroll department. Her prior work experience includes working at a local private school and as a Customer Service Representative for a large bank where she gained experience in customer relations. 

Monica is our receptionist and also performs administrative duties for our Investment clients and assists the staff as needed.

Monica is a Maryland Notary.
